Walter Dawson, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Dawson has spent his entire career in the energy service sector. In 1972 Mr. Dawson served for 19 years as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director and founded what became known as Computalog Gearhart Ltd. ("Computalog"). Computalog primary businesses are oil and gas logging perforating, directional drilling and fishing tools. Mr. Dawson instituted a technology center at Computalog, located in Fort Worth, Texas, where electronics were designed to develop wellbore logging tools technologies which continue in use today. In 1993 Mr. Dawson founded what became known as Enserco Energy Services Company Inc.("Enserco"), formerly Bonus Resource Services Corp. Enserco entered the well servicing businesses through the acquisition of 26 independent Canadian service rig operators. Enserco had over 200 service rigs and 30 drilling rigs in Canada and Australia, when it was sold in 2002 to Nabors Industries Inc., one of the largest public drilling companies in North America.
Wilf Gobert, Director

Mr. Gobert has extensive experience as an analyst in the oil and gas industry. In 1979 he joined Peters & Co. as Managing Director, Research and was Vice-Chairman, Director and Executive Committee member when he left Peters & Co. in early 2006. His analyst experience includes both the equity and debt markets with an emphasis on the oil and gas industry. Mr. Gobert’s expertise was engaged by the Alberta Government in 1982, to provide analysis and guidance on the Alberta Oil and Gas Activity Program, a provincial program designed to stimulate oil industry activity in the aftermath of the National Energy Program and the 1981 82 economic recession. He was a long time member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers’ Investment Symposium Organizing Committee. He also served as a member of the Alberta Securities Commission’s Financial Advisory Committee. Effective June 30, 2006, he became a Senior Fellow, Energy Studies, Centre for Energy Policy Studies, The Fraser Institute. He is also a board member of various public organizations, including Trilogy Energy Trust, Catapult Energy Small Cap FTS Limited and Gluskin Sheff + Associates.
Steven C. Grant, Director

Mr. Grant is an independent businessman who was formerly a Houston-based Managing Director of Energy Investment Banking with Raymond James & Associates, a New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") listed investment banking and brokerage firm. Mr. Grant held such position from 1996 through February 2008. Prior to joining Raymond James & Associates, Mr. Grant was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enterra Corporation, a NYSE listed oilfield service company, for a period of nine years. Mr. Grant received his MBA (Finance) from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in 1966 and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Yale University in 1964.
John Rooney, Director

Mr. Rooney is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Business Valuator and holds a Bachelor of Arts, Economics degree from the University of Western Ontario. From January 1, 2007 to present Mr. Rooney has been CEO of TUSK Energy Corporation, a public oil and gas exploration company. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Rooney was President & CEO of Zenas Energy Corp., a public oil and gas company. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Rooney served as President and CEO of Blizzard Energy Inc., a public oil and gas exploration company. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Rooney served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Equatorial Energy Inc., a public oil and gas exploration company. Prior to 1999, Mr. Rooney served as the Chief Financial Officer of Equatorial Energy Inc.
Jeffrey J. Scott, Director

Mr. Scott is President of Postell Energy Co. Ltd., a private junior oil company. Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary, and a Masters of Business Administration from California Coast University. Mr. Scott has an extensive oil and gas management experience, beginning as a production manager of Postell Energy Co. Ltd in 1985 to his current position of President.
Dale E. Tremblay, Director

Mr. Tremblay is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Saxon Energy Services Inc. He joined Saxon in September 2005. From June 1988 to June 2005, Mr. Tremblay was employed by Precision Drilling Corporation ("Precision") of Calgary and held the position of Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer since December 1989. During his tenure with Precision, the company grew from $25 million in revenue to over $2.3 billion globally. Mr. Tremblay has extensive dealings in the public markets in both Canada and the United States. Mr. Tremblay currently serves on the Bonnett's Energy Services Trust board and the board for Financial Executives International, Calgary Chapter. He previously served on the boards of Western Rock Bit and the Canadian Association of Oilfield Drilling Contractors.
Donald A. Wright, Director

Mr. Wright has worked extensively in the Canadian and international banking and investment industry where he held various management positions in several investment firms including Wood Gundy, Warburg Paribas Becker, Citibank, Merrill Lynch and Burns Fry. His breadth of experience includes both domestic and international postings in the areas of corporate finance, sales, trading, derivatives, fixed income and money markets. Most recently, Mr. Wright held senior positions within TD Bank and TD Securities culminating with Chairman and CEO of TD Securities and Deputy Chairman of TD Bank Financial Group. Mr. Wright retired from TD Bank on November 30, 2002. Since that time, he has been involved in private and public equity investments and he is currently President and CEO of The Winnington Capital Group Inc. Mr. Wright is also a board member of various public corporations and trusts, and is also active in many charitable endeavors, including a member of the Board of Trustees of The Hospital for Sick Children.
Charles D. Spence, Corporate Secretary

Mr. Spence holds a Bachelor of Laws and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1978. Since 1984, Mr. Spence has been a partner with the law firm Miles Davison LLP in
Calgary . Mr. Spence's primary area of practice is corporate commercial particularly in the energy resources, banking and securities areas. In 2002, Mr. Spence was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in Alberta. Mr. Spence has served on the board of several public corporations.
