Dale E. Tremblay, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tremblay joined Saxon in September 2005. From June 1988 to June 2005, Mr. Tremblay was employed by Precision Drilling Corporation ("Precision") of Calgary and held the position of Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer since December 1989. During his tenure with Precision, the company grew from $25 million in revenue to over $2.3 billion globally. Mr. Tremblay has extensive dealings in the public markets in both Canada and the United States. Mr. Tremblay currently serves on the Bonnett's Energy Services Trust board. He previously served on the boards of Western Rock Bit, the Canadian Association of Oilfield Drilling Contractors and the Financial Executives International, Calgary Chapter.
M.J. (Mick) McNulty, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McNulty joined Saxon in October 2005. He has over 30 years experience in the oilfield services industry. Mr. McNulty previously was employed with Precision Drilling Corporation from January 1997 to September 2005 as Senior Vice President of Operations Finance. Prior to that, Mr. McNulty spent three years with Nowsco Well Services Ltd. in various capacities including Corporate Controller and as the Controller for Nowsco's Europe, Africa and Middle East operations, located in Aberdeen Scotland. Prior to joining Nowsco, he was Controller, North Sea operations for Sedco Forex, at the time a drilling subsidiary of Schlumberger, from October 1988 to November 1993. Mr. McNulty began his career in the oilfield service industry with Schlumberger in 1977 and spent 16 years with that organization in various roles, relocating several times within Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
C. Mark Helmer, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Helmer joined Saxon Energy in October 2005 as Senior Vice President Operations. Mr. Helmer has over 25 years in the drilling contracting business, with the majority of his experience working internationally. Prior to entering the drilling industry, Mr. Helmer worked in Europe, Africa and Asia in various engineering and commercial roles. Mr. Helmer joined Canadian Marine Drilling (CANMAR) commencing as a project engineer in 1981 progressing to Vice President of the company's offshore drilling and supply vessel fleet when CANMAR was divested in an asset sale in 1997. Thereafter, Mr. Helmer headed up Precision Drilling International, building Precision's international land drilling fleet from an initial fleet of 7 drilling rigs in 4 countries to a total of 49 rigs operating in 8 countries. Mr. Helmer holds an engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Calgary.
Tim Braun, Vice President Operations

Mr. Braun has 25 years of drilling and service experience, most recently in the role of Vice President Western Hemisphere following the re-organization of Precision Drilling International ("PDI") subsequent to the Global Santa Fe rig asset acquisition. He has a broad range of experience, both domestic and international, which includes an in depth field base background, project management experience during the fabrication of specialty drilling equipment, and Rig Superintendent-Domestic Operations. Mr. Braun managed the start of operations in Venezuela for PDI prior to accepting the role of Operations Manager in 1998. Mr. Braun was also instrumental in starting operations in Mexico, Kazakhstan, India and areas of the Persian Gulf.
Peter Balkwill, CA, Vice President Finance

Mr. Balkwill has eighteen years of oilfield services experience and eight years of public accounting experience. Immediately prior to joining Saxon, he worked for seven years at Precision Drilling Corporation, initially for three years as Controller for Precision Drilling International followed by four years as Group Controller – Eastern Hemisphere for Precision Energy Services. Prior to Precision, Mr. Balkwill spent 11 years with Schlumberger in various capacities based in Canada, USA and Egypt, culminating as Oilfield Services Geomarket Controller for the Eastern Mediterranean.
Donald Bertsch, General Manager, Ecuador

Mr. Bertsch has over 27 years in the International Drilling and Workover industry. He has managed international operations in Canada, the USA, Middle East, Argentina and Ecuador. Mr. Bertsch has been with Saxon in Ecuador since August 2003.
Rej Filion, General Manager, Mexico

Mr. Filion has over 25 years of experience in the drilling industry. Mr. Filion first joined Drillers Technology in
Mexico in 2003, as an Operations Manager. In 2006, he became General Manager. Previous to Drillers, Mr. Filion worked 20 years for Precision Drilling, establishing their first International drilling operation in
Venezuela.
Oliver Lambuth, General Manager, Venezuela

Mr. Lambuth has 36 yrs drilling experience on land in Venezuela, Colombia and Peru with barge and offshore experience.
Kathy Marasco, Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Marasco joined Saxon in May, 2008. She has 30 years experience in the energy industry. Kathy was previously employed with Weatherford International where she served as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing the Land Drilling Business unit (PDI) comprising of 2,500 employees working on 51 rigs deployed to eight countries. Prior to that, Kathy was the Manager of International HR at Precision Drilling Corporation (“Precision”) where managed the international assignees for the energy services and land drilling business units. Prior to joining Precision, Kathy was a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she consulted with a variety of clients through the International Executive Assignments practice. Kathy began her career with Chevron Canada Resources, where she served in various capacities in Finance and International Human Resources from 1978 – 1998.
Dave Stafford, Regional Vice President - South America

Mr. Stafford joined Saxon Energy Services as Vice President and General Manager of Colombia Peru Divisions in May 2005. Mr. Stafford came to Saxon from Unit Drilling Company, where he was Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to Unit, Mr. Stafford worked 21 years for Parker Drilling Company, serving more than 11 years in International operations, with seven of those as General Manager of their Colombian Operation, in Bogota, Colombia. Mr. Stafford continues his role as Country Manager for Peru.
Ronald Townsend, Vice President Operations, Canada and United States

Mr. Townsend has 24 years of experience in the drilling industry. Most recently, he was a drilling consultant in the US Gulf of Mexico. Previously, Mr. Townsend was the General Manager for Cliffs Drilling Company Venezuela, a division of Cliffs Drilling Company U.S.A. Mr. Townsend has drilling contractor management, well site management and project management experience in the United States, Mexico and South America markets.
