M.J. (Mick) McNulty, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. McNulty joined Saxon in October 2005 bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the oilfield services industry. Mr. McNulty has worked closely with the management team at Saxon in growing the organization from a small company based primarily in South America to an organization that now operates over 70 rigs in North America, Mexico and South America. Prior to joining Saxon, Mr. McNulty was the Senior Vice President Operations Finance at Precision Drilling Corporation from January 1997 to September 2005. Prior to that, Mr. McNulty spent three years with Nowsco Well Services Ltd. in Europe and Canada as well as 16 years with the Schlumberger organization which included roles in Europe, Africa and North America.
Tim Braun, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Braun joined Saxon in October 2005 as Vice President Operations and has close to 30 years of drilling experience. Prior to joining Saxon, Mr. Braun held the position of Vice President, Western Hemisphere for Precision Drilling International, where he worked closely with Mark Helmer in growing that company’s international rig fleet. Tim has a broad range of experience, both domestic and international, including a strong background in the development of specialty drilling equipment.
James (Jim) McKee, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McKee joined Saxon in February, 2010 and brings with him over 25 years in the investment banking, oilfield services and public sector service.
Prior to joining Saxon, Mr. McKee held the position of Managing Director and head of Investment Banking for RBC Dominion Securities, specializing in the Canadian Oil Services and Small Cap E&P Groups, based out of Calgary. In addition to his investment banking experience, Mr. McKee spent over 14 years at KPMG and was an International Tax Partner before joining Nowsco Well Service, a public company engaged in international pressure pumping services, as Treasurer and Tax Director. Jim is a graduate of the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant.
C. Mark Helmer, Senior Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer

Mr. Helmer joined Saxon in October 2005 as Senior Vice President Operations. Mr. Helmer has over 25 years in the drilling contracting business, with the majority of his experience working internationally. Prior to joining the Saxon organization, Mr. Helmer headed up Precision Drilling International, building their international land drilling fleet from 7 drilling rigs working in 4 countries to a total of 49 rigs operating in 8 countries. Mr. Helmer holds an engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Calgary.
Dale E. Tremblay, Chairman of the Board – Saxon

Mr. Tremblay joined Saxon in September 2005 bringing with him over 30 years experience in the oilfield service industry. Prior to joining Saxon, Mr. Tremblay was the Chief Financial Officer of Precision Drilling Corporation from June 1988 to June 2005. During his tenure the company grew from $25 million in revenue to over $2.3 billion globally. Mr. Tremblay has extensive experience in the public markets in both Canada and the United States. He previously served on the boards of Western Rock Bit, the Canadian Association of Oilfield Drilling Contractors and the Financial Executives International, Calgary Chapter.
Ronald Townsend, Vice President North America

Mr. Townsend joined Saxon in 2005 bringing with him 24 years of experience in the drilling industry. Prior to joining Saxon, Mr. Townsend was a drilling consultant in the US Gulf of Mexico from December 2003 to December 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Townsend was the General Manager for Cliffs Drilling Company Venezuela; a division of Cliffs Drilling Company U.S.A. Mr. Townsend has drilling contractor management, well site management and project management experience in the United States, Mexico and South America markets.
Christian Beuzeville Regional Director – Central America

Mr. Beuzeville joined Saxon in November, 2008. He graduated from ECAM - ARTS ET METIERS engineering school in Lyon in 1974. After graduation he spent 15 months in the French Navy. Subsequent to his military service, he joined Forex Neptune, a drilling contractor, in January 1976. He spent his first four years in Algeria and Libya in various developmental roles. Subsequently he assumed more senior roles including Country Manager for Guatemala, and senior positions for onshore and offshore operations in Gabon, Congo and Angola. After a short period away from the drilling industry, Mr. Beuzeville returned to Sedco Forex in Algeria in 1997. After that assignment, he was assigned as Country Manager in Venezuela where he remained for 9 years before joining Saxon in his current capacity of Regional Director – Central America.
Boris Cura – Vice President South America

Mr. Cura joined Saxon in August 2009, bringing with him over 14 years experience in the oilfield services industry. Mr. Cura graduated from Ohio University in 1991 with a Masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Upon graduation he joined Oceaneering Space Systems where he worked closely with NASA in designing robotic compatibility tests for the space station. Mr. Cura joined OSCA Inc (Houston) in 1996, where he began his career in the oilfield services sector. Mr. Cura achieved positions of increasing responsibility with OSCA and then subsequently with Specialized Petroleum Services Inc. Boris’s most recent position was with Key Energy Services where he was the Vice President –International Western Hemisphere, where he had management responsibility for 65 land drilling and work-over rigs throughout the region.
David Mochizuki, Vice President, Technical Operations

Mr. Mochizuki joined Saxon in January, 2010 and brings with him over 30 years in the Oilfield Services industry.
Prior to joining Saxon, Mr. Mochizuki held the position of Senior Vice President - Engineering and Senior Technical Advisor at Nabors International Management Limited where he was responsible for special projects involving the design, construction and commission of onshore and offshore rigs for international service. David is a Professional Engineer and graduated from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, with a Bachelors of Science - Civil Engineering.
Kathy Marasco, Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Marasco joined Saxon in May, 2008 bringing with her over 30 years experience in the energy industry. Ms. Marasco was previously employed with Weatherford International where she served as the Director of Human Resources for the Land Drilling Business Unit. Prior to that, Ms. Marasco was the Manager of International HR at Precision Drilling Corporation, where she managed the international assignees for the energy services and land drilling business units. Ms. Marasco began her career with Chevron Canada Resources, where she served in various capacities in Finance and International Human Resources from 1978 – 1998.
